Who is RISK?

RISK is an Insurtech Service Provider, based in Utrecht, Zwolle and Amsterdam. Over 150 colleagues work with pleasure and great passion to excellently service our customers and preferably also make them happy. Insurance advisors, online comparison sites and insurers are increasingly choosing the solutions that RISK offers. Without IT and AI everything comes to a standstill, which is why we are looking for a new AI colleague. Together with the other 35 IT and AI colleagues, you ensure that RISK can continue to innovate and grow!

RISK is very informal. Colleagues are direct. There are no different management layers. Responsibilities lie within the teams. There is hard work, but also plenty of laughter. Our building is very modernly decorated, including a game room, brainstorming spaces, and a cozy (free) company restaurant. Naturally, we are flexible and there is room for your growth.

What will you do?

• Design, develop and implement complex and effective prompts for various use cases (text generation, summarization, data extraction, creative content, code generation, etc.)

• Systematically test, evaluate and optimize the output of LLMs using various prompt engineering techniques

• Analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement of both prompts and underlying models

• Develop and document best practices, standards and guidelines for prompt engineering within the organization

• Conduct research into the latest developments and cutting-edge techniques in the field of prompt engineering and LLMs

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate LLM solutions into concrete customer projects and internal processes

• Opportunity to play a leading role in the development of our AI strategy in the area of language models

Who are you?

• You have a completed technical or business administration education at HBO or WO level

• You are enthusiastic, incredibly eager to learn and prefer to work in a team

• Because of your passion for AI, you want to try solutions in practice sooner rather than later

• You have about 2 to 5 years of work experience, including at least 1 year as a Prompt Engineer or in a similar role where you have already worked intensively with LLMs

• You have an excellent understanding of the architecture, capabilities, applicability and limitations of various LLMs.

• Aside from your 'can-do' mentality, you can analyze well and are problem-solving

• You have strong communication skills, can explain complex technical concepts clearly and are a strong stakeholder manager

• You have experience with programming (Python). Even though you often use AI for this, you understand what is happening
