Traffic Claims Handler

This is what your role involves

As a Traffic Claims Handler at RISK Insurance, the underwriting company of RISK Group BV, you will have a lot of contact with customers and advisors. Customers have experienced a significant event and can greatly benefit from your assistance. You are empathetic and put them at ease. You think along with them, but you are also always clear about what they can expect. You enjoy thinking about improvements in our team and our processes. Quality and customer satisfaction are very important to you, and you also want to further develop yourself. Our goal is to help everyone find the best-fitting insurance. That’s why we are building the most beautiful online platform to compare financial products and become the number 1 financial supermarket in the Netherlands. We are a team of nearly 150 colleagues in total.

What will you do?

• You will handle traffic claims from private customers

• You will communicate with customers over the phone

• You will assess liability claims regarding traffic damages

• You will encourage recovery work within our repair network

• You will perform recovery tasks if this option is available

• You will think along about improvements in our service delivery

Who are you?

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a traffic claims handler

• You have the appropriate diplomas

• You are customer-friendly, empathetic, and precise

• You excel in a friendly team
