This is what your role entails

As a Multibranch Claims Handler at RISK Verzekeringen, the underwriting company of RISK Groep BV, you have a lot of contact with customers and advisors. Customers have experienced an impactful event and could really use your help. You are empathetic and reassure them. You think along with them, but are always clear about what they can expect. You like to contribute to improvements in our team and our processes. Quality and customer satisfaction are very important to you, but you also want to develop yourself further. Our goal is to help everyone find the most suitable insurances. And that is why we are building the best online platform to compare financial products and become the number 1 financial supermarket in the Netherlands. We are a team of nearly 150 colleagues.

What will you be doing?

• You handle claims in various areas for private customers

• You speak to customers over the phone

• You assess liability claims in different areas

• You promote recovery efforts within our recovery network

• You perform recovery tasks when that option exists

• You think along about improvements to our services

Who are you?

• You have at least two years of work experience as a Multibranch Claims Handler

• You have the right diplomas

• You are customer-friendly, empathetic, and accurate

• You function excellently in a friendly team
