Your role

An insurance administration employee is independently capable of processing administrative changes. In doing so, you make use of well-organised automation systems for claims handling or policy administration.

Who are you?

  • You have at least an MBO level of working and thinking

  • You are willing to learn

  • You are customer-friendly, empathetic, and accurate

  • You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

  • You are available for at least 24 hours per week
