Your role
An insurance administration employee is independently capable of processing administrative changes. In doing so, you make use of well-organised automation systems for claims handling or policy administration.
Who are you?
You have at least an MBO level of working and thinking
You are willing to learn
You are customer-friendly, empathetic, and accurate
You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
You are available for at least 24 hours per week
