What is the RISK service fee

RISK charges a service fee. This fee is a contribution to the development and maintenance costs of the RISK IT platform.

The fee amounts to €2.85 excluding VAT per direct debit per policy, whereby a package counts as one policy.

The service fee relates to the various activities that Zipper B.V. performs for the policyholder. The service fee is a contribution to the development and maintenance costs of the RISK IT platform, including the Subliempakket, the invoicing process and the various comparison, claims handling and communication modules available for this purpose.

The RISK IT platform forms the basis for making insurers' products more transparent, improving the services of other involved service providers, proper distribution, digital customer service and compliance with regulations.

The service fee does not relate to the costs for advice, management and aftercare by your adviser or to matters related to the insurer.
