Direct damage settlement

Since 1 July 2021, the Direct Damage Handling (DDS) pilot has started. This is a new way to settle car damages more quickly and easily. If you have damage to your personal car caused by another vehicle, we can handle this directly with you as your own liability insurer. You no longer have to pursue the insurer of the other party yourself, even if you do not have comprehensive coverage. We will arrange the damage with you and later recover the costs from the insurer of the party responsible.
